Construction Details

• Wooden Frame Profile Design-BFPPL Hardwood Red Marindi/Teakwood of section 120x70 with 2mm lead sheet sandwiched or pressed steel door frame profile designe BFPPL single rebated 100x57x1.20mm G.I. Sheet.

• Hardwood Internal Timber frame work

• 2mm (±1%) lead sheet with 99% purity

• BFPPL core construction, 4mm thick with commercial ply.

• Shutter thickness with commercial ply, board & limitation both side - 4mm x 2mm Galvanised Steel

• Vision panel if required shall be of lead glass only.
