Our in-house engineering team works with architects and fire consultants during the specification stage to advise on door schedule optimisation, frame detailing and coordination with passive fire strategies.

We manufacture every door set at our own plant and install them with in-house teams. We supply frames, leaves, glazing, and hardware as a matched, tested assembly, so the rating your drawings specify is the rating installed on site.

Before production begins, our team surveys each opening on site to confirm wall type, structural openings, floor levels, and clearances. Accurate measurement at this stage prevents on-site modifications that can compromise a door’s fire rating and delay handover.

Each installed door is checked for proper operation, closing force, gaps, seals, and hardware function before sign-off. At handover, you receive the test certificates, installation records, and door schedule documentation needed for fire NOC and occupancy approvals.

Fire doors only protect a building if they continue to work. We offer periodic inspections and maintenance covering closers, hinges, seals, and vision panels, along with repair or replacement of worn components to keep doors compliant for fire audits.

We help builders and facility teams understand which requirements from NBC 2016, IS 3614, and IS 16947 apply to their project. Our support includes reviewing door schedules against occupancy requirements and auditing existing buildings for non-compliant openings ahead of fire inspections.
